MyToonTime: Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the MyToonTime mobile applications and related services (the "App"), operated by MyToonTime ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of a child, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and that you accept these Terms on the child's behalf.

1. License to Use the App

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own and your family's non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

• The App offers an optional auto-renewing monthly subscription that unlocks all content, as well as optional one-time purchases to unlock individual stories.
• Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The price is displayed in the App before you confirm and may vary by country.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Google Play account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
• One-time story unlocks are non-recurring and are tied to your store account.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by Google Play in accordance with its policies.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to access it using a method other than the interface we provide, interfering with its operation, reverse engineering it, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including stories, audio, illustrations, characters, and software — is owned by MyToonTime or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

5. Children and Parental Consent

The App is designed for children and is intended to be used under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Purchases must be made or authorized by an adult. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyToonTime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and cancel any active subscription through Google Play.
